Mi humilde opinión de hoy, puedo decir que hace aproximadamente 2 meses y medio ha mejorado muchísimo 10000 % en la atención y el servicio con el público,más limpio y sobre todo muy buena su comida. SE LO RECOMIENDO 💯%
Me encanta pollo tropical, yo compro la comida todas las semanas... el pollo es delicioso. Muy rico todo lo que cocinan, los trabajadores con un magnífico servicio , muy atentos a cualquier pregunta. La mánayer es especial, muy atenta, brinda un excelente servicio, te ofrece lo mejor.. con mucha paciencia a nuestras indecisiones a la hora de escoger la comida…yo me siento muy satisfecha …de todos los pollos tropical que he visitado este es el que mas me gusta..
He venido a este lugar por 9 años y siempre la comida es exelente aunque muchas veces faltan cosas en las ordenes y nunca me he detenido a escribir ningun review, la dos ultimas veces q he venido he tenido mas que dificultades connuna trabajadora llamada Raquel . Es muy mal educada , servicio al cliente de 0 y si yo fuera alguien desagradable ok entenderia qye me hablaran despóticamente pero muy lejos de eso. Great food, but sloppy packing of my togo order. Beans dripping all down the container , sauce containers put in with without being closed covering everything with bbq sauce, they weren't even busy. food as always is delicious thou.
2nd time going there and the 1st time I waited almost 40 mins for side dishes. 2nd time went thru the drive thru and was given burnt chicken, it used to be a good place but now is terrible
I was a regular customer at this location but after many times trying to give them he benefit of the doubt I think I will no longer return to this location unless some drastic changes are made. The night employees are the worst! The cashiers look like they have no life in them, the kitchen is always a mess and the dinning even worst! The manager is Spanish lady who obviously doesn’t care about her job! We come here and pay for our food and expect great service! These people are plain nasty!!

I was at the drive through around 12:30 pm Oct. 21, 2016 ( today) and the order taker kept laughing at me while I said "I want a trio combo with 2 boiled yucca on the side." . She kept laughing and kept asking you want ribs? I kept saying '"trio combo and jalapeño condiment on the side." I also added that I want my senior discount but she hang up on me. Had ribs very dry and not much meat like they be cooked earlier. condiments bar very messy and it was not lunch time was about 2:00.
