Santiago provided great customer service. Was super helpful in providing information on how to become a reward member; he was knowledgeable on the process. Kudos to this facility because the food is also well done.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during my recent trip to Orlando. While the food was excellent and everything was served fresh, the service is what truly sets this place apart. I want to give a special shoutout to Victoria, the cashier, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work, and her welcoming attitude made a huge difference. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to the city!
