I had my money stolen; I have no food despite have proof of my online order and they wasted my time. I stood at the counter for half an hour waiting for my food but no one assisted, and when I kept asking about my food, they kept saying “your orders not ready yet”. This place is awful, and I even tried calling their management office to no success. Never coming back here again. Waste of $25 and half an hour of my life. Screw this place.
If you're white and not Cuban they will all just look at you, and not one person will speak to you, or acknowledge you in any way. My food was shoved in a bag and pushed across a counter without saying a single word to me. Never greeted asked what I needed literally not one word. Its actually impressive they even knew the food was mine since they never spoke to me. Ive been here twice and it was the same both times. The food is mid AT BEST.
