Are ya'll serious with this "whole chicken" family meal? You chop pieces in half (or less than half) and only put parts in the tray. This is false advertisement. We won't be ordering here again, anytime soon. It's not the first time we've had an issue with our order.

The food is delicious. I have tried several pollo tropical locations in the area. This is the best one thus far. I will be back !
