Food was good..Well made Please fix these two issues 1) You cant sit and eat with out a swarm of flies attacking your food. The amount of flies makes it a health hazard in food contamination. Is n't this something county health inspectors look for? 2) Get your orders right..If no dressing on salad, please follow that request. If you fix these you will get 5 stars.
We live in Dallas and we don't have a Pollo Tropical. So my wife was ecstatic when we saw the restaurant. You ordered a family dinner special with some cheesy bites. Your cilantro garlic sauces absolutely the best stuff out there. Everything was served super fast with a smile. Another nice experience!
This is the dirtiest Pollo Tropical I have ever dined in my entire life. Pollo tropical has a reputation of having a clean lobby at most places. I actually asked for a Manager to come out and review her lobby to see how dirty it was. My food was overcooked and dry. She replaced the steak from my tropical trio with more dry steak. Still haven’t cleaned up the lobby and I haven’t seen her since I asked her to come out the first time trash is all over the floor.
