Absolutely terrible service. I have had to wait half an hour or more after placing an order on the app and arriving after it was supposed to be ready on a few occasions. The restaurant wasn't that busy for there to be that much of a delay. The employees are lazy and terrible. Avoid this location.
Got home excited to eat , out of work and hungry to find they served me burnt chicken. Not cool . Drove out my regular route home telling myself pollo tropical was the way . Economical , tasty and juicy chicken. Unfortunately I was so wrong . Not going to this specific spot anymore .
Had a great experience at Pollo Tropical! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Definitely a great spot for a quick and tasty meal!
