Mirvalancia always gives me the best customer support I've ever gotten, she always smiles and makes sure my order is taken properly care of. I can tell that she genuinely cares about the customers and goes above and beyond with everything she does. I really recommend this store, best pollo tropical ever.
Great food. Seems to have a great atmosphere. In my 2 recent orders I had a super long wait time in the drive thru. Supposed to be quicker than going in right? The first, i ordered online just before pulling up to the drive thru and told me to wait good 20 min and restaurant didn’t seems as bust. The next time, I ordered 20 min prior to arrive to the drive thru and same happened “order not ready. Park over there” and had me waiting for another 20 min. If you don’t have a rush, great place.
The food is great .I always stop there mostly in the evenings .One area not working is Men Bathroom.It's smelling worse than a morgue .I visited at 19.10hrs 07/08/2026 just to wash my hands I had to cover my Nose . Please work on hygiene .The men's bathroom is horrible.
