Clean place, great variety on the menu. I recommend it.
Stopped by Pollo Tropical and had a great experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving something quick but well-made. What really stood out though was the service. Jasmine was amazing—friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell she actually cares about customers, and that kind of service goes a long way. Definitely coming back.
Chicken not cooked, a few customers had the same complain.
