Ordered for pick up, it said to pick up at 3:10pm I get there at 3:15, is not busy, but I see my food from the kitchen door just on the counter sitting there, not packed. I stand there for 20 minutes just looking at my food, I told the lady I’m picking up, barely acknowledged me, then I talked to the cashier because nobody is giving me my order. I see 5 people order and get their food while i’m just standing there. Nonetheless, the rice was cold, the chicken was somewhat warm. Horrible service.
I ordered ahead of time on the app and when I pulled ahead to the drive thru, they informed me it wasn’t ready yet and to pull forward. I was sitting there for 20 minutes, called the store and they told me someone was coming out with my food. Another 10 minutes passed and I went inside to see my order just sitting on the counter in a sealed bag and with the order incomplete inside of it.
