This location is the best by far. Mainly because of christine, the daytime cashier....most of the staff Is very dismissive and rude but she is always so friendly and on top of things...and I love how clean she keeps it, if you go at night except an entirely different experience,be warned as I've made that mistake only once. As for the food it's usually hit or miss. About what you expect from a pollo tropical.
Brianna is the definition of Customer service. She's always helpful and does her job with a smile. Please promote her or pay her more or give her as many hours as she wants. This is my favorite location to go to because of Yuma! Thank you Brianna. You are the BEST!
They usually get the order wrong when there’s a long line, which can be frustrating. This time, though, everything went smoothly. The order was accurate, quick, and the service was genuinely friendly. 4/5
