False advertising the buy 1 get 1 promo charged me for both ordersvfull price on oct 1 2026 and oct 5 2026 same false advertising same full price i requested a refund for double charge but i keep being questioned by a robot
Kid at the register too busy talking to friends to take the order correctly. Ordered large #2 got small , ordered 2 extra chicken only got one. Thought it was a mistake turns out he wasn’t even listening during the order. Didn’t charge, me but come on man, you’re listening to a mic and pressing buttons
