We ordered for pick up. When my family and i ate i noticed the food taste wasnt there. About 1-2 hrs later we all started throwing up , including my 10 mo old now we have diarrhea definitely some food poisoning. That was yesterday 9/19 sharing so anyone looking to eat here specifically with your littles to proceed with caution.

This Pollo Tropical can be hit-or-miss, but Kaylee always saves the day. Whenever she is working, she makes the experience truly enjoyable and goes out of her way to ensure my order is 100% correct every single time.

I am so irritated right now. I went through the drive through at Pollo Tropical on Sierra Blvd in Wesley Chapel today around 8:30pm. There was no line. I ordered family size black beans, family size yellow rice, family size mac and cheese, small plantain, and a small yuca. After I paid I was asked to pull up and they would bring my food out.
