For years we have eaten at many different Pollo Tropicals . This one is the best one by far . The food is always good. Blk beans are spectacular. The chicken always seasoned & grilled just right . The store is always super clean But the best is the staff which are awesome . There’s a young man named Erick who’s a Rock star. Great positive service with a smile and a great attitude.
