For years we have eaten at many different Pollo Tropicals . This one is the best one by far . The food is always good. Blk beans are spectacular. The chicken always seasoned & grilled just right . The store is always super clean But the best is the staff which are awesome . There’s a young man named Erick who’s a Rock star. Great positive service with a smile and a great attitude. Food is good but strange experience on 2 occasions. This is the second time when the first window employee asks me to wait at 1st window without driving up to 2 window in drive thru even though there are no cars in front of me. The last time, I actually waited. This time I insisted that I was more comfortable just waiting for my order at the 2nd window.
