Ssooooo, we were waiting in the drive thru line. The car in front of us left. We drove to the speaker, waited for about 45 seconds and an employee who was standing outside waived at us and did the universal "closed" signal. It's 945pm! (See photo). Store says closes at 12! I have real reason to believe a worker may have tampered and or spit in my drink on June 8. I immediately called the store with no answer and then corporate who assured me they would look at cameras and give me assurance that it did not happen. They will not return my emails and I called today and they closed the case without any proper investigation which leads me to believe I may have been right. I am disgusted and frustrated.
