The manager Diana gives the best customer service experience. I travel from Fort lauderdale to Hollywood because of the wonderful customer service. The food is good restaurant is always clean. Other employees are very friendly and helpful. I love this Pollo Tropical
Clean restaurant, I was greeted by the cashier and was given options for my group... It was fun to watch the behind the scenes food prep operation... Everyone was friendly and my order was prepared less than 4 minutes... Kudos to the staff and management team 👏....
