Yesterday I placed an order. An 8 pieces chicken bucket. The chicken was at least 48 hours old. Hard meat, not flavor and rancid. The mash potatoes was in liquid form Bunch of thieves
I placed an order today September 9th 2026 around 10:00 p.m. the order was $80 majority of the the food was missing I ordered from the Pollo tropical app the person who delivered the food was told that they called us which was a lie they have never called us on her phone or communicated with us in any way whatsoever I don't know why they will lie about saying they called us when they never did, the driver was also told that there was no manager currently but that does not give an excuse to just not even bother communicating ... read more
