I had a really disappointing experience with Isaac at Pollo Tropical. His attitude was unprofessional and came across as dismissive when I had simple questions. Instead of being helpful, he seemed impatient and uninterested in providing good service. It felt like I was bothering him just by asking for assistance. A restaurant with such a nice atmosphere deserves staff who care about their guests, but unfortunately, Isaac made the whole visit frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
Undercooked, and tasteless chicken.No flavor.
