I used to go to this restaurant many years ago. I tried it again about a month ago and the chicken was over cooked , small portions and not so good. Will not be going there again

Don't k ow where to start this place is aweful, from the staff to the dried out cold food. Bad attitude counter staff, with less than minimal language skills, even worse PR skills.

I was very excited when they opened in pslw .I had experienced their food in West Palm Beach and had really enjoyed the food. Very different here however, 1/4 chicken means a dried wing with a almost meatless thigh. The rice is lumpy and not hog and twice I got 3 pieces tostones for a large order. Also they were more like tostones chips. Will stop going have had same experience more than twice. There r plenty other places to go

I entered the drive-thru at about 10:45pm this Sunday. I ordered my food. They made me wait until 11:25pm. The workers eating and drinking in the work area. No one at the drive-thru window; I had to honk my horn to get their attention. I said "how much longer?", they replied "5 more minutes for the chicken". I acknowledge and waited another 6 minutes. We love this restaurant because the food is hot and tasty, though on a few occasions there were no runners available when the food was brought to the counter. On those times, they could use more common sense by just calling your number and going up and getting your tray. This restaurant is listed as Mexican, but I feel that it is more Cuban than Mexican.

Should be zero stars. Have eaten at several Pollo's. This is by far the worst. Not only was the kitchen a disaster the food was extemely overcooked. The chicken was so dry and hard you couldn't tell if you were biting into bone or meat. I never write reviews but I had to on this. Save your money.

The best fast food in South Florida,..whenever relatives and friends come to town I suggest we eat there, and they all love it!
