My mom just went to this store she is a senior vice president of a bank mind you. She placed an order asked for extra rice and as she left it was not in the bag. she drove right around back into the drive through and pulled up the the window to let them know and the drive through gentleman stated he knows he put it in the bag when she asked him so where did it go he basically insinuated she was hiding it for free rice. Classic - great chicken, and all things Tropical. Parking lot, clean, super quick, nice customer service. All good and an outstanding tipped tostada with ropa vieja. Oh my!!!
