I was really disappointed with my meal at Pollo Tropical. The chicken drumstick and thigh I received were unbelievably small—honestly, they looked like they belonged in a kid's meal. I've eaten here before and know what the portions are usually like, so this was a big letdown. If I'm paying full price, I expect a reasonable serving size. I hope they improve their portion consistency because this experience definitely wasn't worth the money.
This place is amazing!! I ordered by doordash and they forgot to add my drink !! But when i came here today I spoke to miladys about it !! And she didnt even give hard time ! She made it right away !! Not like some places giving hard time !! My experience is always amazing in this place , miladys is really appreciated and her team as well , god bless u all
