Not sure what happened to place but what used to be a decent place was filthy and the food absolutely horrible! The chip warmer was not on so the chips were cold and stale. My flautas were the absolute worst! The chicken inside was burnt to a crisp and literally turned into a powder. Will not be back. Not sure how it stays in business!
It was my first time eating at Pollo Regio. The chicken is very delicious and the service is very good, especially the cashier Valery, who was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.
