I want to share my experience with everyone. When I entered the store, everything was perfectly clean. I left my family at a table and headed to the restrooms; everything was very clean there, too. Then I went to place my order. Pedro helped me; he was very attentive and got our order to us super fast. I asked if I could get some chips, and he said yes—thanks for the great service. The food was excellent; my kids loved the chips and tenders. Thanks for making our visit so much better. Thank you.
We stopped coming to Pollo Regio about a year ago because the quality had really gone downhill. We decided to give it another try a couple of days ago, and we were pleasantly surprised, the food was delicious! We came back today, and it was just as good. Both times we were helped by the manager, Robert. He’s very friendly, professional, and clearly does an excellent job. We’ll definitely be coming back!
