This my first time ordering from Pollo and my last. I ordered a three-piece meal and the chicken was burnt and dry.

I order on the app a little before 3pm got there a bit after 3pm I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes while other people ordering in store got there order until I got my meals. The food itself if very bland and not that fresh or crispy for how long I waited for it. I will not be coming back.
If you're expecting the same Pollo Campero you'd experience in LATAM, forget about it. Even the cashier told me the " flavor" is not the same here as compared to there, and it isnt. No wonder so many people flying to the US from there bring big bags of Pollo Campero with them, even though the chain is here.
