F.i.n.a.l.l.y! I am thankful for FRANCISCO's thoughtfulness, clear communication with fantabulous and superb Customer Service. It helps that he is also technologically savvy. His kindness and thoughtfulness are authentic as he extends the same grace to his employee(s). One day, I overheard him talking to staff who was planning to call off. Francisco said: "I'm still here. I tried Pollo Campero for the first time the other day, and it exceeded my expectations! The chicken was well done and customer service was exceptional. Francisco served me with warmth and hospitality, so shout to him! Can’t wait to come back and try out more of the menu. Definitely check this place out :)
