I ordered a twelve piece and it was underdone.When I brought it back, I was told that I would have either a gift card or a merchandise certificate when the manager called me back. No one has called him when I returned to the store.Everybody apparently has amnesia.

First time eating at this location and it was a 10/10 experience. Very clean and organized. Food was delicious/fresh. I would like to recognize Francisco. He has very great customer service, very helpful, and a very positive attitude and made my first time experience at this location 100 times better. He needs a raise
Pollo Campero is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Manager Jun and Pauline is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Fried chicken is amazing. Must come back. 10/10.
