there Visited this Pollo Campero I tried to redeem a “Family Free Meal” promotion. The staff scanned my code and it did show up in their system, but they said they didn’t know how to apply it and refused to honor it. This was frustrating because the promotion was clearly valid. Customers should not be turned away due to lack of staff training. I hope management can address this issue and better train their employees.
