Extremely disappointing experience and poor continuity of care. After being upfront during my first consult about my history and what records were accessible, subsequent doctors completely disregarded previous notes and insisted on unavailable documentation. To make matters worse, the doctor flatly dismissed my medical condition, making me feel judged rather than supported as a patient. Extremely concerning experience with Polln. I was prescribed medicinal cannabis, only to later be told they would no longer prescribe it because of my family history of bipolar disorder — information they apparently didn’t have when initially prescribing. If this history is serious enough to stop treatment, why wasn’t it properly screened for before prescribing? I’m now requesting my records to find out exactly what assessment was actually done. Very disappointing and concerning standard of care.
