I called personal polli and then instantly came 5 options via text with photos. I easily picked one with shoes and socks. I was able to pickup that day. Went into the store for the first time on the way home from vacation because my daughters pictures were in a couple days and I hadn’t found anything at any of the stores I went into while we were gone. The women were very nice and one even helped put together outfit ideas and pulled several shoes for me to see. Cute items. Awful customer service. Looking for shoes received no help at all. One girl helping a family. Four girls at the counter. Never welcomed us to the store or asked if we needed assistance. When the girl helping the other family finally got around to us and got our shoes there was no help the with assistance of fitting or trying them on.
Polliwogs is the perfect spot for festive and creative gift giving. I bought a gigantic bunny that has assumed the name BUN BUN.. Precious shopping. Highly recommend!!
