We ordered the Simply Elegant bouquet for family following the loss of a family member. They contacted me to confirm, said they would try to get it delivered that day but it might be the following morning. It was delivered that day, and it was beautiful. Exactly as the website pictured. I received a text a few days later and they said the flowers were getting more beautiful by the day. Sorry happy with the service and product. Highly recommend.

I am beyond happy with Pollie’s Flowers. I live in Calgary and placed an order online for my friend on her graduation day. I didn’t even have to clarify anything with someone over the phone. My partner and I visited for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. They don't have a massive stock of house plants (I believe the bulk of their business is cut florals) but what they do have, you can tell they care for quite a bit and the selection they did have had some beautiful hidden gems.
