I got Polli to come out first to get an estimate on getting my front porch redone. Complete rebuild. Full disclosure asked for quote with Trex. I know this is a lot more expensive than pressure treated. I also asked for a quote with pressure treated. The quote I received was $159,000 and change. For a front porch. So, I then thought that pressure treated would me way cheaper. Nope, only $15,000 dollars less. Price quote for a simple reroof was 3x the price of other local companies. When asked to explain this discrepancy, the estimator was unable to give a satisfactory answer. We Did not go with them so I can’t comment on other details, but the price seemed unreasonable compared to others
Price quote came out almost 3x more than another local company for a simple shingle reroof. $20k more. I asked the estimator to help me understand the reason for this difference and he was unable to satisfactorily answer that question.
Probably shouldn’t use this company. They enjoy leaving their dogs locked up in cars for hours at a time. Just letting you know.
