Polleys real estate is the worst agent I have ever known. Charged me $385 for advertising, but I never saw their advertise of my rental property at all. Bring in a big family of 7 with a large dog without telling all the details. I have only been noted by email when the tenant failed to pay for rental for 2 months. The garden and lawn seems never been maintained, and polly's told me they did regular routine check.
