Everyone at Polley's are always very friendly. Always able to get to the house within a day or so (non-emergency). Tony is very knowledgeable and explains step by step what he is doing.
Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. Found and fixed my AC issue quickly. They also have good pricing for the high quality service.

Furnace was not working. Tony, our Tech was very friendly and knowledgable about the issues and diagnosed the trouble. Tony suggested we get on a maintenance agreement and i thought it was a good idea. Appreciate him letting me know. I thought the service was great and the overall cost very reasonable.
