Tony from Polley’s came out on Saturday morning and checked out our furnace. He was friendly and very trustworthy and transparent with what was wrong and how much it would cost to just replace the part needed or to replace the furnace and air which we were told over 2 years ago needed replacing. The technicians from Polley's (Tony) had identified the problem from a pervious visit. They the installed Aprilaire Bypass Humidifier. They explained what they were doing and how the humidifier worked. Great service at a reasonable price.

Furnace was not working. Tony, our Tech was very friendly and knowledgable about the issues and diagnosed the trouble. Tony suggested we get on a maintenance agreement and i thought it was a good idea. Appreciate him letting me know. I thought the service was great and the overall cost very reasonable.

Zach was great! He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He took the time needed for our dogs get use to him and won them over immediately. With our maintenance plan he made sure everything was ready for winter, and he made no pressure recommendation for us to consider. Thank you!
