Joseph Wilkinson or Mike was the worst! Lack of patience and had no care for my concerns or questions. Repeatedly cut me off and the microaggressions were unwarranted. I am never going back to this place!!

We had a terrible experience attempting to access the clinic for my grandmother’s appointment. The parking lot is unlevel. The handicap ramp has a giant unlevel crack in the concrete. We had to wait outside of the door and rang the doorbell 6 times over 10 minutes before someone came and opened the door. Once we finally got inside we had a difficult time with the front desk staff. Transparency Matters. I scheduled our appointment two months in advance, and unfortunately, no one informed me ahead of time that, as a Tricare patient, we would be charged $150 per child. I’m not opposed to paying for services, but this is important information that should be clearly communicated before the appointment—especially when bringing in multiple children.
