Was embarrassed and disappointed at the customer service rendered by the front staff customer being told that they should go somewhere else and they are not from Goldsboro but Roanoke Rapids as we are not from Goldsboro either. I loved the people I used to deal with there but this location will not visited again .The real Dr Polley that I met some years ago was never this rude and if he knew how they treated people he would close this location
I don't usually get on the train to complain about a company, but this has happened twice already.. First I would like to say as a working parent. You may need help with someone else having to bring your child to their appt. We'll today I needed help, an I asked my oldest daughter to bring her sister to her polley appt. An the ladies up front at this establishment were the absolute rudest an had the worst customer service I've ever seen. First they told her she couldn't be seen with out a parent.
