From start to finish, Norma and her team was so professional and a pleasure to work with. From our chats, to follow up emails she did her due diligence to be upfront with pricing and made sure that my floral arrangements, center pieces and bouquets were exactly how I wanted them to be, and provided adequate substitutions if she wasn't able to source certain flowers. Seeing them for the first time, I was in awe of how beautiful everything was. I would highly recommend Pollen & Co. for all your floral needs!
Norma and her team absolutely nailed it!!! We came to her with a bunch of ideas and random pictures and she knew exactly what to do. Our florals were ethereal and whimsical but also sophisticated and just truly beautiful. It was everything I envisioned and more. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The floral pieces that were created for our west coast elopement ceremony were truly something out of a fairy tale!!! I never imagined they would be so beautiful and capture US so perfectly! The pop of colors from the birds of paradise and small details of the flowers and greeny around them really took these pieces to the next level. Wonderful flower arrangements for our elopement in Tofino. The bouquet lasted so long, even after the 5 hour car ride back home after being out of water on the wedding day it still looked pretty good. Would recommend for floral needs on the west coast.
These flowers and the accompanying service were nothing short of incredible!! Last weekend (March 7-9, 2025) my fiancée and I got engaged in Tofino. Despite Pollen & Co. being closed because of their move, I personally reached out to the owner (Norma) and she was so kindly delivered her amazing and beautiful flowers. I did not know what options I would have for flowers in Tofino but I couldn't have asked for anything prettier nor more perfect! Thank you for making me feel special and like a valued customer!
