Much better then our previous waste disposal company. In our first 3 months they have missed 2 pickups. Container was put out previous day both times. Once may have been because my daughter placed the can backwards, I guess it was too much trouble to get out of the truck for the driver. Also I question the decision to change the pick up day on Christmas week. ( It's got to be the largest trash producing week of year) So that meant a trip to landfill with my pickup.
