I left some medication at home while on a weekend visit, and although I'm not an IDA customer, the friendly staff behind the prescription counter took great care of me quickly and painlessly. Much appreciated.
Unfortunately you have to rate to comment, I would have rated -100 after my interaction at this store. I experienced the most unfriendly, unpleasant and condescending cashier, named Mary. She was incredibly impolite and had an attitude that you were inconveniently bothering her to have to cash me out. She was almost confrontational when I asked her about an item. Been a couple times , clean and organized
Zoltan is a terrific Pharmacist!! We love his colorful shirts! His team is great and responsive to costumer concerns. I wish there was a system that notifies customers when their prescriptions were ready to be picked up.
