Dr Pollack took care of my teeth very well! I used to have braces as a teen, but needed it again due to my impacted molars. It's not the typical braces and he had to be a bit more special but he did it! Awesome value and awesome experience. I highly recommend him because he is an awesome and caring person who is very passionate with his practice.
I met with Dr Pollack a few weeks ago, and was so impressed with his staff and he vastly improved knowledge. I started my dental work today and am so confident in his abilities and can’t wait to show off my NEW SMILE!! One thing that separates him from other Orthos is how GENUINE HE IS. Once you see him one time you know deep down how much he cares about you. You are not just a number, I know I am going to be well taken care of! Thanks so much Dr Pollack!
Absolutely awesome Ortho! Our son had major mouth/teeth issues. Mike Pollack and his team were always on top of everything. Great transparency and education at every appointment regarding where we were in a very long process. Mike even caught an extreemly rare condition that required surgery at CHLA. Everyone from the front desk to Mike is fabulous! We have visited this office at least 30 time over the past couple of years and Every. Single. Time. Has been outstanding.
Definitely feel like part of the family here. Dr Pollack is amazing and knows his stuff!!! Heart you guys!
Pollack orthodontics customer service is exceptional. They were so kind to our family when we were traveling from out of state and our youngest daughter broke a bracket. They worked with us to get our daughter into the office right away so she could be comfortable for the rest of our trip. If we lived here, we would definitely be a patient!!
