Pollack orthodontics customer service is exceptional. They were so kind to our family when we were traveling from out of state and our youngest daughter broke a bracket. They worked with us to get our daughter into the office right away so she could be comfortable for the rest of our trip. If we lived here, we would definitely be a patient!! Dr. Pollack is truly an amazing orthodontist!! He has given me such a beautiful smile that I am constantly fighting off "cougars" where ever I go. Never in my life have I had my smile complimented by random strangers until after Dr. Pollack did his detailed work on my teeth. Overall less-than-clean room for my teeth cleaning. Rude staff, and Dr. Pollack spent about 3 minutes with me trying to upsell me on services I didn't need or want.
