Dr. Pollack and his staff are friendly and experienced! We enjoyed our visits to the office. The wait time was minimal and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They also offered a convenient monthly payment plan and I truly felt that the reasonable cost matched the service. My daughters teeth look lovely! Dr. Pollack and his staff are enthusiastic and friendly. They all consistently display a willingness to overcome any issue in an unfathomably quick and accommodating fashion. The practice has a service first model that is rarely seen in today's business world. I had an outstanding experience with the office during my Invisalign procedure, where Doctor frequently bent over backwards to deal with the many changes that my teeth presented. I highly recommend making Dr. Pollock your orthodontist.

Dr.Pollack and staff I would totally recommend . You walk in for your appointment and are greeted right away by the receptionist Dianne who is very nice, while waiting to see the Dr. you can play on a few different pinball/arcade games or sit back and relax with a coffee/hot cocoa and magazine.(isn't a long wait). Dr.Pollack greets by your first name making you feel like your not just a number, he cares about you and your treatment. The whole staff make you feel relaxed and cared for...family!
