★☆☆☆☆ Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived Do yourself a favor and avoid these apartments in Richardson. The building is extremely old, the units are tiny and smell awful, and the entire place is infested with cockroaches. Nothing ever gets fixed properly. The management does nothing to maintain cleanliness or safety. If you’d like, rats and mold, living in your space in the walls, this place is great. Nothing in the building is grounded, landlords won’t fix anything because it cost too much, the wiring is faulty because of the rats and squirrels living in the attic. There is so much wrong with this building. It needs to be condemned, especially with a black mold, growing in all of the bathrooms with no ventilation in there. Except for the few bathrooms that have windows in them.
