I hosted my son's 4th Birthday party at Polkadots. I opted for the private party since we had 55 guests (including adults). The space was perfect and the parents were able to enjoy adult time while the kids played! They didn't have to worry about chasing their child around. The kids had an absolute blast. The owner and her staff are amazing to work with and made everything run smoothly. I would highly recommend hosting your child's birthday party here.
We had an amazing time celebrating our son’s birthday here. From start to finish, the staff took outstanding care of us — always attentive, helpful, and genuinely supportive in every detail. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free so we could truly enjoy the day. Highly recommended!
First of all, I would like to thank you for opening such a wonderful place which is loved by kids and their parents alike. Kids of all age (1-11) were so busy playing that we literally had to pull them for cake cutting, clicking pics and pizza time and none of them wanted to leave. We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Polkadots Playland with a scheduled time slot from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. While we were aware of the two-hour limit, we were very disappointed with how the staff handled the end of the event. Starting well before the end time, the front desk staff repeatedly reminded us to wrap up and be out by 7:30 PM, creating unnecessary pressure and discomfort in front of our guests.
