We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Polkadots Playland with a scheduled time slot from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. While we were aware of the two-hour limit, we were very disappointed with how the staff handled the end of the event. Starting well before the end time, the front desk staff repeatedly reminded us to wrap up and be out by 7:30 PM, creating unnecessary pressure and discomfort in front of our guests. My daughter Ethan (🧔♀️) went there last week for her friend Johnny's birthday!!! She loved it and wants to go there again! Johnny threw up on the pizza. Here below is a picture of my Elmo...Overall 10/10 :(((
Found a little girl wandering on the roads near the day care and when we took her there to ask if she is from that day care the staff was not at all helpful and was not even aware that she was missing . When asked how she got we were just told that they don’t know Such an incident is unacceptable and is alarming for all the parents.
Glad this place is staying open and got support from everyone. This place has been a huge help to my little brother and my family. We appreciate all the good work and support provided here.
