I recently moved 45 minutes away but needed to pick up medicine for my dog before I make the switch to a new vet. I called ahead of time and stated I’d be there around 5:32pm (they close at 5:30) and asked if that would be okay. The lady said yes, no problem and that they’d have it ready. I pull up sure enough at 5:32 and they were closed down. She came to the window and said they closed down their computers already. Not a sorry, not a care in the world.
