Pretty sure there’s a potential HIPAA issue when a healthcare provider accesses a patient’s file to get their phone number and then uses that information to personally confront them about a negative review of a completely separate business. Patient information isn’t supposed to be a business-owner’s personal Rolodex but it explains why the daycare next door uses that information to threaten someone over a bad review
Made me wait outside for an hour despite it saying 24/7, appointments only on weekends, rude staff, inappropriate comments (to clarify I mean she said that she has stuff to do even though it's a business and waited an hour for my time.) Also to addon to my review the lady called my number and said that I was "stupid" "it was immature for me to leave a bad review" and "she will have me trespassed and arrested if I show up again" after I made my review, she also stated she "knew the mayor"
Owners and staff is always getting service in and out , very nice always helpful and very passionate about giving the best customer service no matter what. Highly recommended for different types of service that's needed .

DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR TESTING! This is the worst company. she will take your money then ghost you. she doesn't answer the phone. she's very rude. she is also a liar. I do not recommend to anyone for testing. find somewhere else where the owner/boss actually cares about the things you are trying to accomplish. she posts on social media all the time but doesn't actually do anything.
