Absolutely fantastic service at first a slightly confusing experience due to how much slower things move in missouri compared to my previous home. Ms. Ebony Polk was fantastic and everyone i met at the location was friendly and prompt to help me and get me squared away, this location takes testing and all matters of this practice very seriously i highly recommend anybody who needs any sort of testing done to come here, The way they do business is first class. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I recently received. I found the behavior of your staff to be very unprofessional, specifically noting the rudeness I encountered over the phone. Furthermore, I had to wait and follow up for four days just to receive the results of a simple alcohol test. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure that such delays and communication issues are addressed.
