So thankful for Dr Polk. He took out my appendix and my recovery was easier than I could have imagined. I was able to avoid the hospital during COVID by having it done at the surgery center and going home that day and not having to stay in the hospital
My daughter had appendicitis. He met us at his office after hours to evaluate her. He kept us from spending money on unnecessary imaging and an ER visit. He did the surgery the next morning. He was very compassionate to Taylor, and the surgery went very well. I highly recommend Dr. Johnathon Polk.
I am so thankful to Dr Polk for stepping in and performing a great surgery on my dad; taking out of difficult places two large baseball tumors! And for great care I say thank you!!
Dr. Polk performed an appendectomy on my 4 year old son. My son couldn’t have laparoscopic surgery since he was too little. Instead, Dr. Polk had to open my baby up. He did a wonderful job! We didn’t have to wait long for his surgery after the confirmation of the appendicitis. He was very sweet to my little man. Dr. Polk was recommended by other nurses in the ER, which says a lot as well. I definitely recommend him as a surgeon for my loved ones!

Dr. Polk is a highly skilled and professional surgeon. He performed a difficult surgery on my husband's arm. The area was rife with nerves and blood vessels, yet my husband healed beautifully with no infection and no nerve damage. We think Dr. Polk is amazing and highly recommend his services. The Surgery Center where he operated on my husband was clean and the staff were wonderful. A great experience overall for the patient and his family members. Thank you Dr. Polk! 5 Star service.
I appreciate how Dr. Polk dealt with our family during my brother, Sam's final hours while at Memorial Hospital. We have complete confidence that Dr. Jonathan Polk did everything he could to try and save my brother. I appreciate too how concerned he was for not only Sam but us as well. It is refreshing to find a doctor that takes the time to explain things and so caring too!
