Dr. Polk is knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He understood my wife’s bowel blockage thoroughly and completed surgery efficiently. He was very sensitive to our concerns before, during and after surgery. He was available by phone and text very quickly after release from the hospital and fit my wife in to his schedule immediately when there was a suspected infection. He cares about his patients deeply.
My dad had surgery with Dr. Polk and we were so pleased with the guidance and direction he took and the follow up! Fantastic job!
I had a traumatic leg injury and made a huge mistake and went to Memorial Hospital . I wish the ER Doctor would have called Dr Jonathan Polk immediately . The ER doctor was way over his head. He couldn’t stop the bleeding. So finally they called Dr Jonathan Polk and he stopped the bleeding and finished closing up my wound . He is the most competent and compassionate surgeon I have ever encountered here in Nacogdoches.Thank you Dr Polk!!
He did good with my gallbladder removal. It’s been around 30 hours ago and I feel minimal pain . Procedure lasted about 1 hour . Have a follow up on 12/14 . Everyone was nice at Surgery Center. I would trust him again .
Mediocre care. I&D was performed on a very sensitive area and he only told us to use acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
I’d highly recommend Dr. Jonathan Polk to anyone. They always got me in very quickly for apts, and once there for my appointment wait time was always very minimal. Clean facility, very nice and helpful staff. He was able to see me and scheduled my gallbladder surgery within a week. Surgery day went very smooth, in and out. Post op apt was very quick and painless. So I am on the road to recovery and feel really good. :) Thank you Dr. Polk for easing my mind about it all.
Dr Polk removed my gallbladder. Everything went smoothly. I went for follow up and everyone in the office was nice and professional.
I was referred to Dr. Polk by my PCP. The office was quick to call me after receiving the referral . The office was very clean and quiet. The staff knew exactly what my insurance was going to pay and had the info ready for me. Dr. Polk's nurse was very nice. Dr. Polk did the procedures that my PCP referred me for plus was able to take my gallbladder out that had been causing me so much pain for so long. He was able to perform procedure within a week. Dr Polk is a true professional! I had my gall bladder surgery taken out at the surgery center and went home one hour after surgery. I am 100% better and would recommend him and his staff to all of my friends and family.
