I recently contacted this company to replace a broken window at my lake home. The customer service girl in the office was terrible, although the service tech was very pleasant and professional. After the measurement was taken, I waited 10 days without hearing anything from the company regarding the cost. I called and reached the office girl (who only works 3 days a wk) who quoted me a price which was extremely high to replace the top portion of 1 window. Polk County Glass screened in my mom's back porch and she loves it! She kept talking about how much she loved it so I went to see it and it is very nice! She said they were fast and very reasonably priced and told me they are coming back next week to do some mirrors for her and maybe even a shower. Her deck looks great and I know she is very happy.
I had a really wonderful experience with this company. They were able to get me a quick quote and got my glass doors fixed the next day. Very professional and friendly. I'd recommend them for a broken window or doors in your home.
polk county glass does a great job for a great price. they were a little slow getting to me but they were very busy.
You cannot count on this company to do what they say they will, especially when called back to correct shoddy work.
