They don't seem to report to CPS...
So... This place opens at 8am right? Why is it 20 past and there is not a soul to be seen. Thought places like this would have a higher standard. If this job allows you to be late and show up when ever you want, maybe I've been trying too hard at my jobs I've had in the past and have now. I'm in the wrong field. Or I'm just working with the wrong ethic.
My daughter had an appointment at 3 pm we drove half an hour to get here when we arrived the therapist had called out sick and we never received a phone call to inform us. The receptionist wasn't at her desk she had her personal cell phone out when she walked back. No office manager available to speak to.
Was a patient here, took a break due to cancer treatment. Tried to get back in as my mental health is far from ok. They're not taking "new" patients. Even though im not new. So the moral of the story is if you're not well mentally and potentially suicidal you're gonna need to put your name on a waiting list!!!
Three actual appointments in four months. They keep canceling the day before. Asked to be transferred to a provider with availability. Receptionist says that only the manager can do that. Manager never calls or is in the office.
