I have used them for 35 years at that time there were constant outages, and I had multiple appliances mysteriously get fried (surges) I put everything on surge protectors. Still had outages no fried appliances. The rates are more than I ever paid in Chicago. It is the only show in town. I only use Electricity. I heat with Propane elsewhere. For a CO-OP the rates are awful, but I see solar panels being used now and I am very pleased to see that instead of all the coal burning, so I am ok with their building infrastructure.
