Thank you for your support of your customer. Thanksgiving eve and day had outages. Both were resolved within less than two hours. That means. Giving of your time and talent so we could be with our loved ones. Thank you.
They replaced poles now all my survey markers are gone. All they told me was they didn’t do it! Weird how they worked out there now markers are gone and natural gas marker! Horrible customer service!
Depleted my prepaid account saying the bank sent the payment back. Talked with bank and they never even attempted to charge it. Talked with them again and she kept telling me I used a closed account which I know for a fact I did not. Asked them to recharge my bank account so my prepaid account wasn’t depleted and was told there’s nothing they can do. They don’t care to even try to fix the problem and will just sit there and argue with you. If I could change electric companies I would. 100% do NOT recommend.
Extremely overpriced. Yet we're forced to pay it. Also, their late fee is ridiculous. Best part, they don't show the late fee in the monthly breakdown. They hide it way in the back in a receipt of their ridiculous charges. Lights flicker when the wind is blowing leading me to believe their inefficiency is why I have not had an electric bill lower than $200 (with no electric heat or cooling at that time)
Polk Burnett does NOT have your family's best interest in mind. POLK BURNETT CAHRGES ×3 the price of excel!$$$ Polk Burnett will shut you off before April if you owe even $50 late you will be shut off. Even if you call they dont make American arrangements.
