The people here seem to be very nice! It is a beautiful,well-cared for"place to live!! I love our laundry facilities!!! It's quiet and serene ! I am extremely happy here! I am longing for a puppy in my life so,,,,,( they even Allow that ); with a pet deposit and /or a letter etc... From a Dr.or psychiatrist saying you need a therapy dog! Which I do !!! My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Betty at Guidance center in Hobbs ,NM and Lori the property manager here !! Thank you ! Have a blessed year everyone ! God bless!
Talked with the lady in office, she was very helpful and informative. I didn't qualify to live there, but it is a gorgeous place.
Its pretty sad that my mom has lived there for some years and always paid her rent on time and the people the have running it here in lovington they do a horrible job its hard to get the matience person over to her apartment to fix things that need to be fixed if she hates doing matience she needs to find another job i can go on and on but for now they need new people to run things
