I came and looked at these apartments and talked to some of the tenant’s I don’t see why people would rent any of these places there is 2 washers and 2dryers between 52 units one washer broke down about 5 months ago the property managers will not fix it then a dryer takes 3 dry cycles to dry a load of clothes. By the way they are free but this is a low income facility so with free machines the last thing these elderly and disabled people need to be doing s having to drive some where to do laundry.
