I've been going to Polite Society for two years now and its a great salon. The talent is unmatched and the vibes are solid. Its a relaxed experience. I love that they bill for their time vs. the specific service and their no tip model. I feel like Jess takes the time to listen and talk about my hair before we proceed. Gretchen worked fabulous magic on my hair and I am so pleased with how it turned out. She took the time to get clear on what I was looking for and also what I did not like and I really felt heard. She was easy to talk to, and my hair turned out so amazing. Really grateful to have found such a gifted stylist and the other ladies in the shop were all so sweet as well.
