Sean Delahanty is not a worthy "handyman". He convinced me otherwise. I had a deck that needed repair and replace some rotted wood of a window and seal the panes in the bay window. Also repair a small section of fence that a tree fell on. He will also leave the construction debris for you to haul away. These pictures say it all. If I were you, I would not use him.
