Melissa is meticulous. Her attention to detail and knowledge in her field are faultless. Even during times that I began to feel skeptical about the end result, all of her reassurances were accurate and came into fruition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my treatment!

My appointment with Melissa was genuinely awful. I was choking on water throughout the cleaning, struggling to breathe, and left feeling shaken. Be aware of pricing noted at time of booking being well less than actual price charged. Seems like a long term computer glitch that hasn’t been resolved and very misleading providing one price at time of booking and then Melissa charging another price and continually saying it’s a IT issue. This is the second time already and Melissa should honour the price that is confirmed at time of booking $129 v $168 rather than insisting it’s not her issue but an IT issue. Cheated twice on this there won’t be a third time.
Thankyou Melissa for a wonderful whitening experience at Polished! It was very relaxing and I am thrilled with the results. There has been a significant improvement after one treatment in the brightness and whiteness of my teeth. Would highly recommend.
I went to see Melissa for a dental hygiene session, whitening and an opinion on my composite bonding I had done elsewhere after finishing orthodontics. She did a fabulous clean over two sessions and educated with tips for maintaining future gum health. My teeth whitening really refreshed my teeth and took them a number of shades brighter.
