Tommy is great!!! This was my second time w/ him. I had French manicure and tips/dip and it lasted 3 weeks. I’ve never went that long without breaking a nail or from it peeling away. He likes to use your natural nail so this time I was able to do just that. French is his specialty, plus he’s very efficient which I appreciate:) highly recommend. I made my 3r d appt for 3 weeks. Rec making appt, he’s in high demand 🤩
I absolutely love Polished Nails & Wax! The salon is always clean, spacious, and welcoming, with plenty of chairs (including kids’ pedicure chairs!). They even offer coffee and drinks to customers, which makes the experience extra relaxing. The prices are very reasonable, and their service menu has everything you need in one place. Large salon, high ceiling, spacious, with classic reproduction art decor. They had availability for a walk-in appointment. Manicure was rough and nail polish was gloppy. The manicure was damaged the same day through normal use because the polish was too thick and old to cure properly after it was applied. The technician was was very rough and when I told her the coarse file was hurting me, she refused to accept a finer grade from another technician who offered it. Where was the manager? Betty is such a wonderful, upbeat, and talented nail tech! I love the atmosphere here and how friendly everyone is! I highly recommend this nail salon!! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful.
