All wonderful things about Polished Nails and Spa. The Spa was bright and airy, clean and relaxing, I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly, professional, and took their time without ever rushing us. We came in with a big party of 8 for pedicures, and they went above and beyond to make it special. I’m also a small business owner and when I say polished nails is ran by an amazing biz owner Anna! I’ve been getting my nails done in Scottsdale and Chicago and I feel like Anna’s work is just amazing if not better than the big city! I get hard gel on my hands and regular gel on my toes! I have been coming here for several months with no issues! I recommend all my clients to see Anna and her team! ❤️ I love my services here!

Worst pedicure of my life. He rushed the whole process, barely scrubbed my soles of my feet and when he did, he didn't hold my feet steady and my feet were flopping around. When he put the scrub my feet and legs and was very aggressive and it was so painful I had to tell him to go much lighter and I'm not one to complain. I also didn't receive a top coat on my gel pedicure. Won't be going back.

I’m born and raised in hot springs, we moved here because my husband opened a new business so I had to find a new nail salon. For the last year I have been to multiple salons trying to find the same service as I had at the salon I went to in my home town. This one has absolutely checked all the boxes!
