Thank you, Diane, for honoring my request to "not buff my nails" (others have at other salons and I always spend the next month trying to grow out damaged nails.) I prefer natural nails, and you made them look great today. I will be booking future appts with you!
Polished is clean and modern, and they use sterile instruments and individual-use files. The front desk staff is friendly, scheduling is easy, and there is a flat parking lot outside, though it gets busy. However, the service for our group of four was TERRIBLE. One pedicure started 20 minutes late. One technician was on her phone the whole time and did a poor job. I’ve gotten my nails done by Diana two times and have been incredibly happy with the results both times! We are working on my natural nail journey and the builder gel overlay has done wonders. She takes time to listen to your vision and encourages you to speak up if you want to change something. The entire establishment is a friendly environment!
Kat is so amazing, she is always so sweet and very gentle. Any nail designs I ask for she does them perfectly!
