Every time I come in I leave happy. The staff are friendly and attentive. I’ve been looking for a go-to nail salon for a long time and finally found a home. Cam did my most recent nail service and she did phenomenal!

GROSS! I visited 4/18/25 for a manicure and pedi and ended up with nail fungus on two fingernails from this place. I have had my nails done for years, but this was the first time it's ever happened to me.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I visited Polish Nail Lounge in Derby, Kansas, on October 14th for my birthday, hoping for a relaxing experience and a nice set of acrylic gel nails. Unfortunately, my visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The nail technician did not ask about my preferred nail shape or length, and the color applied was not the one I requested. The atmosphere was fine, however I asked for short and definitely did not get short - and she seemed irritated when I asked for shorter. Additionally I did not get the shape I asked for, and even then a couple of the nails are just an incredibly wonky shape. I decided it wasn't worth trying to get her to fix, so I'm trying to fix it so it's tolerable at home. Most likely, I won't be back. Additionally, the pricing is not very transparent.
