went to polished nails today and was not disappointed. ivy always does a phenomenal job. I’m never disappointed with her work.
The gentleman there was very rude. I had my granddaughter and she had to get her diaper changed and when my daughter did it, the gentleman got mad at her for changing her diaper right there, and when we was getting ready to leave the lady who took care of my daughter said do you wanna leave a tip? She said no because they was 15 minutes late doing our nails. Went here after my mother RAVED about this place. I have been living in Baltimore so i needed a new nail place anyways. LET ME TELL YOU- I will never go anywhere else now that I have found this gem. Everyone was very welcoming as soon as I walked in the door and so nice! I had a pedicure with Ryan and he was fantastic. He took his time and you can really tell that he takes pride in his work. I’ve tried every nail salon in Inwood and Polished is the only place that I love and come back too! No matter who is in there they do a phenomenal job! Definitely worth the visit!!!!
