It’s not a horrible place, I’m sure they do a good job most of the time but I went there yesterday and the lady was in a rush because she said she had an appointment in Chatham, and then she cut my toes (both of my big toes) so didn’t think it was that bad because it wasn’t bleeding it was just the skin on top, but it burnt a little bit, so I was telling the lady she cut me and she just ignored me (and I told her twice) I would have asked for a discount but I felt like they weren’t going to do it anyways. My nails turned out really good but the nail tech was aggressive with the nail grinder and made me bleed on multiple fingers.
